My yoga session with Priyanka was amazing. I really appreciated her professionalism, her way of explaining and showing the postures in order to avoid hurting myself. Priyanka is a fantastic person with a big heart. I did my 1st Yoga and Meditations experiences with her and since, I am always looking forward to meet her online every weekend! She teaches me the Chair Yoga which I practice regularly as it help a lot for my back peins because I work always seeting at my desk and this yoga is easy to practice where and when I want :-) As for meditation, I would never have thought of the good it could bring! I am not sure that with another coach I will have continued this experience. But Priyanka is so gentle and peaceful that meditation has become an almost daily ritual for me. Priyanka always takes the time to calmly explain everything whether it's Yoga or Meditation, and with her videos on her website, I can also practice whenever I want because she has a whole panoply of different videos and all very good and very practical like in Live. I have met Pryianka in Delhi in 2013 and she introduced me to the practice of Yoga. For three years she guided me and shared her knowledge in our bi-weekly practices. Once I left India I felt the foundations of my yoga practice were so good that I was able to continue practice on my own. Pryianka and I stayed in touch as friends, because in addition to being a great yoga teacher she is also a wonderful human being. In 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic I asked her if she could practice yoga online with my 7 years old son, both for his physical and mental well being, and for the past 18 months they have been having a weekly class on Fridays. My son absolutely loves his yoga practices and I can see how a lesson on Friday afternoon helps him release the week stress and start the weekend much more relaxed & refreshed! I met Priyanka on a Live Meditational Forum. That first initial meditation was impeccable the state of relaxation I received at the end of the meditation was unbelievable. Priyanka recently presented at our Women's Wellness Circle Barrie/Innisfil. It was such a special moment for all! Priyanka has the most calm, tranquil vibe..she very quickly set the women at ease. In Delhi for a couple of years Priyanka has been my private Yoga instructor. Very successfully for since then I am doing Yoga regularly and would not want to miss this experience. For more than a year now we are having a weekly session on Skype with Priyanka checking on my poses, introducing new ones and keeping me motivated. Not communicating face to face is no disadvantage at all as Priyanka has an amazing talent to sense my mental and physical state even though we are many thousands of kilometers apart. Priyanka's knowledge, experience and expertise of yoga is amazing. Her priority is to keep your practice safe especially during online sessions. She offers different variations of yoga poses, to ensure that all levels of practitioners can enjoy during the group sessions. "I started yoga upon moving to New Delhi from Singapore. I tried some group yoga classes but found that I was not given the attention I needed as a yoga newbie.
