Chakra yoga flow with Priyanka focuses on balancing and restoring the energy within the body by stimulating each chakra. As we flow through the practice, we combine traditional yoga poses with corresponding chakras, and add chakra-based affirmations, to deepen the practice.
This style of yoga allows the energy/prana to flow freely throughout the body, and allows a practitioner to access a deeper level of awareness, self connection and experience a greater sense of clarity and peace.
You can join any IN-PERSON event and enjoy the chakras flow
however the workshop is progressive and focuses on a different chakra each week. Drop in 25 CAD

This is currently being offered only as an online class.

International transfers via Paypal need to add the 2.90 + Fixed fee transaction fees in order to gain access to the classes
The payment is non-refundable -and if there is an internet outage I will run the class the following week, for participants affected by the outage.
Please ensure that you practice with your doctors consent and only do postures that are comfortable and safe for you.
