Join us for our Online Monthly Meditation Meetups on the first Saturday of every month (with the exception of July), as we gather in community to slow down, connect inward, and raise our collective vibration.

These sessions are a space to gently turn inward and explore the inner work that helps us grow, heal, and elevate our frequency; work that is essential for personal and collective transformation. Each month, we’ll focus on themes that support vibrational alignment, such as presence, forgiveness, self-compassion, and intuitive clarity. Whether you're new to meditation or have a regular practice, you're warmly welcome.

We foray into the world of meditation by connecting to the breath. This simple act taps into the Vagus nerve, shifting the body from the sympathetic "fight or flight" mode into the parasympathetic nervous system for deep relaxation and limb-regulation.
108 Steps to Bliss is a guided journey designed to help you achieve vibrational alignment through traditional Indian mindfulness. We utilize specific Pranayama (breathing exercises) and cardiac coherence techniques to calm the nervous system, including:
  • The Bee Breath (Bhramari): Specifically used to quiet an excessively talkative mind and reduce mental "noise."
  • Alternate Nostril Breathing (Anulom/Vilom or Nadi Shodhana): Practiced with and without retention to balance energy and focus.
  • Advanced Breathwork: Various specialized techniques to deepen your practice and enhance your connection to the present moment.
When we are relaxed and our nervous system is regulated, we are able to observe our thoughts, notice sensations, and remain unattached (not detached) from emotions. This is the path to finding inner harmony and unbounded joy
